HAPPINESS
Is what every body needs but doing all it takes to have it is not whatevery body is doing, are you a happy or sad person? good if you are happy but to you who is sad your happiness is just a mile away as a matter of fact thats the reason why people like me have a job.
1.happiness is your decesion to make, it's a choice you make from a bunch so be careful the choices you make other wise many people are sad, lonely, frastrated and have no one else to blame but themselves.
Check you life, the things you do,choices you make, friends you keep, habbits you have, attitude you have, life you lead, job you do e.t.c and sit down for a bit and ask yourself if you find joy in all that, the work in the areas you need to work in to stau happy.

You see iam a writer a motivational speaker, youth activist, ecconomical freedom fighter, son of the soil, zambian, black proud and free above all this afriCAN and so i can in the strongest terms condem the terrorist activities of Boko Haram in Nigeria it's sad that a group of individuals would commit to do such lawlessnes as is the case in the abuduction of over 200 school girls and i think it's madness for people to do such things afriCANS if you are reading this let us support our brothers and sisters in crisis by saying no to terrorism, violence, ****, genocide, greed, corruption, crime, drugs, child abuse, child labour e.t.c let us unite against illitracy, poverty, desease, abortions, cultural pollution, moral decay, racism, tribalism e.t.c as we are one africa and one people with a bond that sees beyond boarders from Cape to Cairo all over africa united we stand #mike

To be a leader there are certain things you need to know.
1.leadership comes from above you get to know this i mean you don't fight so hard to lead but people trust in your abilities to lead them e.g Nelson Mandela
2. every person has potentials but a leader does not see him/her self as a master because a leader is a serant and the people the leader serves must be dear to heart.
3. personal interests must not be priority in the life of a leader, you are a leader because there are people to lead without whom you cant lead.
4. You must be impartial as a leader to see to each that all are treated equally and fairly respecting there rights.
5. be brave, bold and couragous in decision making and take risks that are worth taking and manage them.
6. be resourseful, knoledge is power, in your dutties make sure you are as knoledgable as you can be to ensure efficiency
7. no man is an island as a leader build a strong team to work with you, manage time and delegate responsibilities and be tough be easy and shine.

When you wake up in the morning and say a prayer whether you work as a lawyer, banker, doctor, teacher, brick layer, taxi driver, local fashion designer e.t.c you must start a day with confidence
1. Smile every morning when you wake up
2. Be proud of who you are and what you do
3. Be excited about that particular day and be eager to work
4. Freshen up you know a cold or warm shower
5. dress great and shine it doesnt have to look like a fashion show but just look great in what looks good on you in line with your proffession
6. check your daily to-do-list so you know what it is your focus must be upon, succesful people keep and stick to a to-do-list
7. speak well about your self e.g say you are good, hardworking, good looking, intelligent, able to love and be loved, special, kind, e.tc as speaking like that will boost yourself esteem and you need that to start the day
8. Read some inspiration stuff and quotes that will boost your morale and productivity
9. calm down and dont panic eat break fast and go work

Many people in this world are unhappy because they don't know who they are and as a result, they try to do this and that but there lives just moves from bad to worse.
1. Be yourself
many people in this world would rather they were Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Genevieve Nnaji or James Bond, P Diddy, Jim Iyke e.t.c but the painful truth is that you cant be somebody else so feel confortable in your skin whether you are tall or short, rich or poor, black or white know that you are beautiful, handsome, special and unique there is no one like you
2.Dont Compare
most people love to make comparisons with others which is dangerous and a huge blow at ones selfesteem, truth is there are people who are better than you and people you are bettle than so accept that no one has everything so dont compare you can just get hurt
3.Feel Free
be free to try out something like getting to know somebody better, compose a song, try out cooking a good meal, watch a comedy, go fishing, excercise some, a hobbie just dont be idle.

The award winning hip hop group zonefam massively represents zambia on the international scene, last year they scooped an award at the channel O music video awards which was hosted by south africa in johansburg, the competition was tuff because these guys were nominated in the same category with some of africa's musical giants but zambians and the rest of africa was voting so there was no big deal because africa saw the potential and hardwork in their music.
The zonefam are currently signed under a nigerian record label based in kenya called Tauras musik, they have been at tauras musik close to three years now they have hit songs like contolola, translate, the bussiness, and many more amazing tracks which you have to look out for, these guys have really contributed greatly to the growth of zed hip hop both on the local and the international scene.
