Public image how you potray your self in public eye or the self image you potray some thing that has potential to speak big volumes about you than with what you can say with your month.
 First, its important to know that you are a brand/product on the market whether you believe or not and a good product sells but a bad product does not sell.
  Ask yourself what kind of a brand or product you are based on the self image you have belt for yourself, here there can only be too things its either you have a good public image or not remember i said a good product sells a bad one does not and you can tell by market value, we humans are brands/product and our quality can be known by what we wear, how we speak, think, the friends we keep, failure or success.

HAPPINESS
Is what every body needs but doing all it takes to have it is not whatevery body is doing, are you a happy or sad person? good if you are happy but to you who is sad your happiness is just a mile away as a matter of fact thats the reason why people like me have a job.

1.happiness is your decesion to make, it's a choice you make from a bunch so be careful the choices you make other wise many people are sad, lonely, frastrated and have no one else to blame but themselves.

 Check you life, the things you do,choices you make, friends you keep, habbits you have, attitude you have, life you lead, job you do e.t.c and sit down for a bit and ask yourself if you find joy in all that, the work in the areas you need to work in to stau happy.

 Many people in this world are unhappy because they don't know who they are and as a result, they try to do this and that but there lives just moves from bad to worse.

1. Be yourself
many people in this world would rather they were Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Genevieve Nnaji or James Bond, P Diddy, Jim Iyke e.t.c but the painful truth is that you cant be somebody else so feel confortable in your skin whether you are tall or short, rich or poor, black or white know that you are beautiful, handsome, special and unique there is no one like you
2.Dont Compare
most people love to make comparisons with others which is dangerous and a huge blow at ones selfesteem, truth is there are people who are better than you and people you are bettle than so accept that no one has everything so dont compare you can just get hurt
3.Feel Free
be free to try out something like getting to know somebody better, compose a song, try out cooking a good meal, watch a comedy, go fishing, excercise some, a hobbie just dont be idle.
